Clarification of vocabulary

To make the understanding of our processes for managing incoming requests easier, a clarification of our vocabulary was needed :

• “Group A” becomes “Subcontracting” : this refers to all requests managed and contracted directly by the Offer and Programmes Team (mainly in France), for which you will be involved as a subcontractor ! Invoicing is managed by the association. You’ll find more details on rates and fees here (document only in french).
• The “Control Group” becomes “Client Introduction” : these are the requests that the association doesn’t handle directly and that are redirected to the community of pros ! The terms and conditions of the service and its invoicing are managed directly by the person who has won the opportunity. You set the prices for your services yourself.
