How does Climate Fresk manage inbound requests from international organisations?

There are increasing numbers of organisations that want to run paid Climate Fresk workshops for their directors and employees and some want to deploy the tool across their entire organisation. 🙂

All Freskers can engage in prospecting and offer this type of workshop to organisations. They just need to pay the appropriate license fee to the NGO, which is 10% of the price they sell the workshop for. So, what are you waiting for? 🙂

Then there are the inbound requests. Organisations get in touch with Climate Fresk, asking for this service. Do you want to be able to reply to them? Here’s how the NGO deals with these requests around the world.

Climate Fresk is growing exponentially globally but France still has the largest and most mature community. Some other countries already have a lot of experienced Freskers, while others are just beginning their Fresk adventure.

How the NGO responds to these inbound requests changes according to the situation in the country, so that it works best for the Freskers and the organisations.

Regardless of the country, only green belts can reply to these inbound requests

The green belt enables you to put yourself forward for these inbound requests and to facilitate Fresks and trainings as someone who is recommended by the NGO. This level of belt guarantees a certain level of quality.

However there aren’t enough green belts in every country to meet the demand. For that reason, the NGO puts Freskers in touch with the organisation in two different ways, according to that country’s situation.

  • In countries with a strong community of green belts like France, Switzerland, Belgium and Spain

Only green belts in the country can respond to local inbound requests.

  • And in the other countries?

A temporary system is in place while the community builds itself up. Any green belt can put themselves forward to respond to the request, regardless of where they live. The criteria for choosing the candidate are:

  • location (the closest possible to the country in question)
  • language
  • prioritisation for country coordinators
  • experience in the relevant sector

So, for example, a fresker specialised in construction and based in Belgium can respond to a construction company (or any other sector for that matter) in Belgium and in any other country apart from Switzerland and France (for the time being).

In France, the NGO signs the contract with the organisation

Inbound request are managed by the NGO’s full-time team and have a standard price. The NGO creates the quote. The facilitators put themselves forward when the quote has been accepted by the organisation. The NGO manages the contract and bills the organisation. It will then pay the Freskers who run the workshop as service providers.

This is the model that the NGO will put in place when the international development allows for it.

In the other countries, the Freskers provide the service directly to the organisation

In other countries, the NGO receives the inbound requests and proposes them to the appropriate green belts. The selected green belts are put in touch with the organisation in question who put forward their proposals. The NGO hasn’t defined a price for the time being, but is keen to get your thoughts and feedback in order to put one in place. Can you help us?
