Meet the Climate Fresk permanent team

Climate Fresk is, first and foremost, a community of more than 35,000 volunteers. But we do employ a staff team who are fully committed to helping the association grow and thrive. Have you ever wondered who is on the Climate Fresk staff team? Well, now’s your chance to find out!

In 2022, we launched an ambitious recruitment program to support our growing activity. The staff team grew from 16 to 37 permanent members, and we expect this number to rise even higher in the coming year.

First, meet Hervé Rose, our General Manager. He coordinates the team’s activity and sets the pace for the major projects we carry out.

The HR and Admin team

All of Climate Fresk’s HR and admin needs are handled by a team of three exceptionally committed and determined people.

In particular, they work to streamline our financial processes and recruit new staff members to support our ever-growing community.

The Deployment team

The Deployment team develops relationships with organisations, educational institutions, public bodies… In broad terms, their day-to-day activities mean we can finance our operations.

Special mention goes to Thomas Dayraud for leading the team for over two years, and to Margaux Espine and Valentin Jamet for their tireless work over the last year and a half.

The International team

One of the main goals of the association is to spread the workshop around the world. A team of ten people is currently working to make this happen and support Freskers in different countries. They support our 85 coordinators, champion new communities of Freskers in five continents, and organise Climate Fresk’s presence at big events like COP 27.

Paul Constantin and Raja Kadi have been working to spread and develop the Fresk internationally since autumn 2021!

The Communications and Mobilisation Team

This team is responsible for maintaining strong links between Freskers and permanent teams, improving the Fresk’s awareness, and shaping our social media presence.

For a long time, this work was carried out single-handedly by Ingrid Pinchot, but thankfully she now has new team members to share the load.

The Product Development team

This team deserves the credit for creating and maintaining the Climate Fresk’s facilitator’s space, the amazing tool that allows workshops and trainings to be organised, compiles fresking opportunities, and automates the Fresker’s journey.

Guillaume Plouin, Pierre Desaint-Denis and Thibaut Baissac have done enormous amounts of work in service of this project. Special mention to François Membré, who has just joined the Product Development team, after over a year spent in the Deployment team.

If you’d like to keep abreast with the facilitator’s space technical developments, check out our blog for regular updates on issues in progress and new features.

So, there’s a quick outline of our incredible staff team, as it stands today. We owe a debt of gratitude to all past team members and their invaluable work that has shaped the association.

A huge thank you to all for your brilliant contributions!

Climate Collage is now Climate Fresk!

We are still the same! We just changed our name ;)
