Our General Meetings
We had an Extraordinary General Meeting on 2nd September, a real high point for Climate Fresk. We voted on the new by-laws. The next Annual General Meeting will be happening on 13th November - put it in your diary!
A big thank you to everyone who attended the Annual General Meeting on 2nd September, either in person or online. It was an important moment that demonstrated the power of our community’s collective intelligence!
There was a vote to approve new by-laws. Look out for an announcement in the next few weeks about what these new by-laws mean.
The next General Meeting - 13th November
A regular General Meeting will be held on 13th November from 6.30pm. We will send out the agenda to all members at least 15 days before the meeting. This meeting will be a chance to look back at our achievements, approve the annual report and 2022 accounts, and welcome the new Board of Directors.
You are warmly invited to join Climate Fresk as a member, if you haven’t already! Being a member means you can vote at our General Meetings and play an active role in making important decisions. We hope you will make your voice heard at this event!
