Reporting of the opportunities obtained via Client Introduction
As part of our wish to simplify our processes as much as possible, the user rights declaration form is now linked to the opportunities won via Client Introduction (former “Control Group”) !
From now on, if you obtain an opportunity through Client Introduction, you will receive an automatic email on the end-date originally indicated by the customer in their request. You will then be able to fill-in the form to let us know whether a service has been completed, is in progress or hasn’t been successful !
If a service has been provided, you will then have access to the user rights declaration form, pre-filled with the number of the opportunity in question. However, if you wish to declare your rights later (while respecting the quarterly declaration system), you will be able to manually add the opportunity number to your global declaration.
2023 catch-up
We invite you to fill in this form to let us know of the outcome of the opportunities you obtained via Client Introduction in 2023.
Once you’ve filled-in your email address, you’ll only see the opportunity numbers for which we haven’t yet heard back from you ! If the opportunity is still in progress, please let us know : you’ll receive an automatic email in two months time to update us.
Reminder : the user rights are fixed at 10% of the amount of your turnover before tax. In addition to this, an extra 10% of business contribution has to be added if you got the opportunity through the association (“Client Introduction” process), applicable for 12 months following the first introduction and on all services provided (whether related to Climate Fresk or not). A significant part of the association’s economic model relies on these user rights and business contributions, which are then used to support the activities and projects that are close to our hearts.
