Freskers at CBD COP16 and COP29?

The local Climate Fresk community in Colombia is actively preparing to participate in the CBD COP16 on biodiversity, which will be held in Cali at the end of October. The country coordinators, Maria and Anne-Laure, are organising this participation with the remote support of the international mobilisation team (feel free to check out the « Purpose » page on our website, where we’ve added new photos of the team!).

This year, the focus will be on supporting local communities. As such, the association’s efforts are concentrated on supporting the actions of the Colombian community, which has already mobilised to build the skills of Freskers in preparation for the CBD COP16! This will give a significant boost to the development of the community in the country and will also help reduce the impact of travel to the event.
