Communication Materials Just for You!

In January, we surveyed the community about their needs for communication materials and support. Many of you expressed the desire to be equipped with more tools and to have clear guidelines to formalise the possibilities and restrictions.

A detailed graphic charter and various ready-to-use visuals

Promoting workshops, inviting participants, highlighting everyone’s engagement, ensuring collective communication… These missions are jointly carried out by the association and each Fresker. To help you in this task, we have clarified the visual identity and guidelines and designed simple and easily customizable tools for quick and accessible use by everyone.

They come in a new communication kit that includes:

  • The graphic charter, which presents the different guidelines regarding our visual identity to ensure harmonious communication and provides access to the available materials.
  • The logo and its variations.
  • Ready-to-publish visuals for social media: some are for you as Freskers, while others can be sent to participants in your post-workshop emails.
  • Templates for events materials: a flyer, a poster, and a kakemono.
  • The one-pager document summarising the association’s activities and workshop objectives on a single page.
  • A regularly updated shared photo library! We encourage you to send us photos taken during your workshop, with the partipants’ agreement, at communication@fresqueduclimat.org.

Customisable materials

In the graphic charter, you will see that some visuals require you to use Canva, which is a free online graphic design software. Simply sign up or log in to their services to edit the templates and adapt the key information about your workshop or event (date, address, etc.).

You can discover the entire kit below. It is also available in the ‘Resources’ section of your facilitator space.

One more thing: we are finalizing a more comprehensive document on the proper rules for using Climate Fresk’s logo, especially for external events or partnerships with other organisations. In the meantime, please note that any use of the logo requires written consent from the association, and that third parties can’t display the logo without it.

We hope this kit meets your expectations! If you have any questions or comments, please contact us at communication@fresqueduclimat.org.

Climate Collage is now Climate Fresk!

We are still the same! We just changed our name ;)
