With a decentralized and participative operation, the association “La Fresque du Climat” has thousands of volunteers, a permanent salaried team and a Board of Directors working in collective intelligence to accelerate the diffusion of the Climate Fresk workshop.
Cédric Ringenbach is an engineer (Ecole Centrale de Nantes), lecturer and consultant in energy transition for companies and organisations. He has been a climate change specialist since 2009 and directed The Shift Project from 2010 to 2016. He teaches energy and climate issues in the French “grandes écoles” (Sup’aéro, Ecoles Centrales, Sciences Po, HEC). Cédric created the Climate Fresk in 2015, then continued to perfect it to its current format.
The salaried team of the Climate Fresk is also growing exponentially. Between May 2020 and May 2021, it has grown from 2 to 12 members! It is at the service of the community of volunteers, to facilitate their activities and their skills development and to drive the development of the association through strategic projects.
To contribute to our exponential growth and to educate people about climate change, you can regularly consult our recruitment page to see our offers for permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, internships and civic services! Be part of our adventure!
The Board of Directors is composed of 12 members elected for 1 year. Each director has one vote. The Board is at the service of all the members who take initiatives and does not direct them.
