Our Terms of Services are being updated

The Fresk is a growing and changing organism. We need to structure certain things carefully to enable us to reach our goals and futureproof the non-profit. For this, we have two key documents: General Terms of Use (GTU) and General Terms of Sale (GTS).

Granted, this is not the most glamorous topic, but it is essential to our work. These legal documents lay out the relationship between Climate Fresk (the non-profit) and its facilitators. Other similar organisations use these documents, too, such as 2tonnes.

The GTU and GTS docs allow us to:

  • Clearly set out the rights and responsibilities of users and facilitators;
  • Inform users about the nature, use and management of any personal data;
  • Explain how our website, platform and delivery of services work; and
  • State the terms and conditions for the delivery of commercial Fresks.

The documents are available in French and in English and will be updated regularly. It’s important for Freskers to stay up to date on developments – we will give you a heads up when there are any major changes you need to be aware of.

Our terms and conditions take effect today on March 1st, 2023. The major change to note is that, from now, all freskers should be registered as a legal company or a self employed with a legal registration certificate to be considered as “pros” and access the opportunities offered by the NGO. If you encounter any difficulty in adapting to these new rules, our international team is here to support! Don’t hesitate to reach out at contact@climatefresk.org.

Thank you for your careful attention to the matter, and thank you in advance for your signature on these agreements. Look out for a notification about this on your online facilitator’s profile.

Climate Collage is now Climate Fresk!

We are still the same! We just changed our name ;)
