Thank you to all who filled out the form about Climate Fresk’s culture. We’ve learned a lot and are pleased with the strong alignment between the Fresking community and the permanent team.
Here is a summary of what you shared with us:
The most common qualities of a Fresker are: commitment & compassion, openness & curiosity, good listening, humility, and a love of learning. We definitely agree that these values permeate the Fresking community!
The three most popular words to describe the Climate Fresk ‘DNA’: benevolent, generous, and committed.
Finally, the areas for improvement that came up the most were: increasing the visibility of the Fresk, developing the Fresk (especially outside France), and ensuring quality.
Happily, these areas align well with our current strategic goals at Climate Fresk, and we’ll keep you in the loop about projects we’re doing to move these forward.
We’ve been interviewing various people as part of this culture project, including management, the permanent team, Freskers and coordinators (both in France and abroad). We wanted to gather a representative sample from across the community to inform the first draft of our ‘Culture Book’. This document will outline Climate Fresk’s mission statement, structure, roadmap, strategic goals, values and how these come into our day-to-day activities.
Basically, the Culture Book will try to articulate what we’re all about and what makes our community unique!
