After reaching the milestone of one million participants, it is our renewed responsibility to ensure a high level of quality, to continue to expand opportunities within various organisations, and to support the international development of Climate Fresk. It naturally leads to increased financial and operational investments, and this is why our pricing and commercial conditions need to evolve.
We are fully aware of the impacts these new modalities will have on the activities of professional Freskers and understand our responsibility to compensate for them as best as possible in order to transform these constraints into opportunities for you!
Apart from the quarterly declarations of the licence fees, here are the other 2 modalities which will undergo changes:
Organisations will contribute with an increase in licence fees, which will evolve from €3 to €10 (excluding taxes) per participant starting from January 1, 2024. A specific communication on the topic is being initiated and will be deployed throughout the second semester.
In line with our ambitions as a training organisation and with the aim of ensuring the sustainable development of Climate Fresk at the international level, we revised the remuneration grid for facilitators who take on opportunities through the Climate Fresk association in France. This doesn’t apply for Freskers around the world who remain free to set their prices as they see fit, in line with local communities’ practices.
Yet this is a great opportunity to inform you that Climate Fresk has recently started doing direct business outside France, mainly in neighbouring countries (Spain, Germany, Belgium and Italy). The rates for these initial cases are currently the same as are charged in France. However, our plan is to work with local pro freskers to create a fee structure that is in line with market rates in their regions.
We renew our commitment to minimise the impact on your activities as much as possible and contribute concretely to the professional development of Climate Fresk’s facilitators and the continuous improvement of the quality of our workshops. We hope these changes will further support Climate Fresk’s mission to raise awareness and prompt international climate actions.
