The Fresker’s journey is inspired by the martial arts belt system, and enables facilitators to enhance their pedagogical and technical skills. To pass each belt level, the facilitator must meet a certain number of prerequisites. From the orange belt upwards, the progression is based on the principle of peer validation to guarantee the harmonious evolution of all Freskers, ensure minimum standards of scientific knowledge and facilitation skills, and create links between members of the community.
The aim of this update is to clarify the different stages of the journey, making them more accessible and understandable:
To be noted: the assessment as a trainer candidate document is currently being translated in English and will soon be available! Until then, you can use the French resource, or skip this step.
Don’t hesitate to take part in a welcoming session for new facilitators to ask all your questions and meet other Freskers! Upcoming dates can be viewed in the Community tab of your facilitators’ space.
This journey will continue to evolve in line with feedback from the community. Many thanks to Éliane Mathias and Virginie Dano, blue belts, for their time and collaboration with the permanent team on the topic!
We are still the same! We just changed our name ;)
