As you know, user fees apply for all non-voluntary uses of Climate Fresk. They finance the development of the association’s activities, and therefore the deployment of our workshop to as many people as possible.
Since the beginning, we’ve worked with a trust-based process, and we rely on and place confidence in the declarations of Freskers and organisations that deploy the Fresk among their employees. As these fees represent a significant proportion of the association’s resources, it is essential that the declarations are made in compliance with the workshop’s rules of use, and that they are consistent with the delivered services.
In addition, we’ve noted that the vast majority of declarations are usually made at the end of the year. This leads us to invoice a disproportionate share of our annual income in December, which has a direct impact on the association’s treasury.
To remedy this issue and ensure better financial management, we now encourage you to opt for a quarterly declaration. This way, the association will be able to stagger invoicing of user fees through the year, and thus to spread the payments from both professional Freskers and Climate Fresk-using organisations.

NB: We would be grateful if you could do your declarations for the first two quarters of 2023 as soon as possible.
Since last autumn, Climate Fresk permanent team has provided a digital platform for you to do your declarations. Everything’s here! We invite you to declare your rights on a quarterly basis, covering the preceding three months.
The licence fees declaration does not (yet) replace filling up the counter, so you still need to declare the sessions you’ve run in your facilitator space.
We are still the same! We just changed our name ;)
