A new form to fill in the counter
Why fill in the counter?
The counter is a key tool for us to measure our impact. It gives us an idea of the scale of Climate Fresk. Currently, we’re at over 1 and a half million participants, and we’re getting close to reaching 2 million! The counter shows that our efforts are gradually reaching a huge number of people.
Numbers are not the only way to measure impact, but they do help show each person’s contribution to the broader picture. The counter adds to our sense of collective momentum, where every Fresk truly counts!
What’s new?
We want to make it as easy as possible to add your numbers to the counter – as, ideally, it should be done after every single workshop!
The new form allows you to enter the number and emails of your participants in one step (rather than two).
Furthermore, each organiser can now register their event in their Facilitator’s Space, so that one person doesn’t have to do it for everyone. The only exception is when there are co-hosts: your co-host’s counter will go up automatically when you fill in your numbers, so only one of you has to do it.

How to register participants: Plan a session, invite as many participants and facilitators as you want. On the day, each facilitator declares the number of participants from the event online or adds them on the Participants tab.
How to fill in the counter: each facilitator can fill in their counter individually after an event has taken place (it won’t count double, don’t worry!). If you have a co-host, only one needs to declare and the other’s counter will automatically go up.

Make us of the counter !
You can see different views of the figures in your Facilitator’s Space. There’s a new button on your home page that now takes you straight there.
You can use the filters to see the numbers for your local group or region. You could even set yourself targets based on the number of participants or people passing belts, or the amount of volunteer activity. This can help focus your local fresking community and help you see the fruits of your labour!
