Usage & business referral fees
To use Climate Fresk commercially, or for internal or external use within a business or organisation, licence fees apply.
These fees are updated from January 1st 2025, and are applicable for the scope of the Climate Fresk Association. Other fees may apply in Switzerland & Germany, where local Climate Fresk entities collect their fees.
Usage fee within an organisation – per employee attending a workshop or facilitation training
- €5 excl. VAT (€6 incl.VAT) for private organisations
- €3 excl VAT (€3.6 incl. VAT) for other types of organisations (public institutions, not for profit)
Usage fee in a commercial context: 10% of the amount, excluding tax, of the payment made by the client to the Provider
Business referral fee : Following a lead referral to a Provider by the Climate Fresk association, a fee o 10% of the amount, excluding tax, of the payment made by the client to the Provider is due.
This fee applies even if the Provider does not sell a Climate Fresk service. If the Provider sells a Climate Fresk service, the business referral fees is added to the commercial usage fee.
