Election start
You can find all the candidates by group here. Would you like to ask a candidate a question? Send them an email directly (email address available in the description).
Voters must meet the following 2 criteria:
Voting will take place via the Balotilo platform. Those eligible to vote will receive an email from the platform on 19/08/2025 with an anonymised link to vote. If you belong to 2 different groups, 2 emails will be sent for each vote.
Do you meet the criteria but have not received the voting information (don’t forget spam!)? Contact us at elections@fresqueduclimat.org so that we can look into your situation.
Each voter choses a ranking for the candidates (minimum: 1 ranked candidate; maximum: all candidates).
The votes are closed on Sunday, 7 September
The elected candidates are declared in this order:
Blue belts: the highest-ranked candidate is declared elected. This increments the parity counters.
Green belts: the first woman and the first man in the ranking are declared elected.
Country Coordinators: candidates already elected in the Green Belt and Blue Belt colleges are excluded.
a. The highest-ranked candidate is declared elected.
b. The two highest-ranked candidates meeting the parity criteria are declared elected.
In the event of a tie, the candidate with the greatest known commitment will be selected (based on the number of workshops run, training courses run and co-optations carried out).
*An incorrect piece of information was mistakenly published.
The update of the 2023 elections page was not carried out properly regarding the voting method for the 2025 elections.
👉 As already stated in the special Elections mailing and the June Newsletter:
Blue belts: the highest-ranked candidate will be declared elected.
Green belts: the highest-ranked candidate will be declared elected.
Country Coordinators: the highest-ranked candidate will be declared elected, excluding any candidate already elected in the blue belt or green belt categories.

Angela Tseng
Climate Fresk Green Belt based in San Francisco California.
Notable experiences include facilitating for Google, Brioche Pasquier, Energy Discuss SF x SF Climate Action Plan and Raja Ampat Forestry Ministry.
My climate journey started as a freediver training in Bali, Tulum, and Dabab witnessing tremendous amounts of ocean plastic pollution and a lack of community waste management infrastructure and wondered how I could get involved.

Fabrice Atallah
I have been a Green Belt for almost two years.
I have facilitated, coached, and organized Fresques about thirty times as a volunteer: for the general public in Île-de-France and in Yvelines (78), online in French and English; within my company; and in Rome for about one hundred “climate leaders” engaged for the climate.
I have also trained 30+ fresqueurs:
a) within the Terra.do community, and
b) in my company to deploy the Fresque in Liechtenstein, France, the Middle East, and the Netherlands.

Jean Fauvet
My name is Jean Fauvet, I live in La Madeleine, next to Lille. I am a Green Belt and co-referent of Nord.
I have officially facilitated 31 workshops and 9 trainings (thanks to the platform for counting!).
Here are some “gems” from my life as a fresqueur:
taking part in Fresqu’en Nord: Fresque quiz in the Paris–Lille TGV. You can really fresque anywhere!
organizing the 1001 Fresques Festival in 2022 and 2023 in Lille: a great human experience, and 800 people made aware in one weekend!
a “Franco-German” Fresque this year, for the students of Lycée Montebello, as part of an Erasmus exchange
our monthly apéros (together with the Fresques friends, the Shifters and TFTP), essential to create links, support each other, and discover
the referents’ seminar last year in Ardèche: our commu is incredible!
the Fresque with young people from judicial protection: everyone feels concerned about the environment, it’s about finding the right triggers

Julien Marcinkowski
My name is Julien Marcinkowski, I am a Green Belt and fresqueur since 2018.
An engineer by training, I worked 8 years in large CAC 40 groups and I continue to give talks and Fresques for these audiences that I know very well.
I also managed successfully a project of nearly 5 million euros between 9 entities. In other words, complex problems do not scare me.
In parallel, since 2009, I popularize the sciences of energy and climate, as well as the human and social sciences needed for the transition, such as the psychology of change.
You know the IPCC reports, but do you know that the UN publishes every year with the University of Oxford the World Happiness Report? We learn that if we do everything needed to increase our happiness, then we will be eco-friendly!
By the way, I am developing a workshop on this topic, and when I give talks in front of 250 people who vote mostly for the right and the far right, the room applauds at the end and I am very often told that I am the first “écolo” who makes them want to act!
In short, I know how to reach new audiences and I have also worked with rural people and young people left behind. In total, I have raised awareness in more than 4,000 people today.
Finally, the cherry on the cake: I have been working for the Climate Fresk association part-time for 1 year and 4 months. I am running for the Board because I know the association very well, its strengths and its weaknesses. And I know how to address them to relaunch very quickly the Fresques, Fresques that will have impact!
Let’s stay motivated. We are going to succeed in building this sustainable and more pleasant world!

Olivier Rodriguez
Fresqueur since 2021 and Green Belt, I have lived in Montpellier for more than 20 years. A professional fresqueur since 2022, I have worked with companies and institutions of all types and sizes.
I am currently a facilitator and trainer for ecological transition. Last year, I actively took part in the training program for senior executives of the French civil service, together with Open Lande, Nicomak, and the Biodiversity Fresque.
Before that, I co-founded and managed a startup in the digital and energy sectors. I also worked in scientific research and higher education.
As a multi-fresqueur, I have a particular interest in the relationships between our societies, technology, and natural resources, as well as in collective imaginaries and how they spread.
I was co-referent for the Climate Fresk locally for 3 years, during which I helped make our association better known by facilitating, organizing, or supporting workshops in the Montpellier metropolitan area, but also in rural areas of the Montpellier basin and the former Languedoc-Roussillon region.
I helped train members of associations working with audiences that were difficult for our local group to reach: former prisoners, young people from priority neighborhoods, etc.
I also contributed to the Simplified and Illustrated Fresque project, initiated by Michel Guichard and recently made official, by helping to share its test version and collect feedback to improve it.
Finally, together with many fresqueurs in and around Montpellier, we created and developed a local association called l’Atelier du Déclic. Its aim is to bring together groups raising awareness on ecological and social transition and, more broadly, the many initiatives that directly contribute to it in the Greater Montpellier area.
Today, I want to continue my commitment to the Climate Fresk by helping to develop ways to activate new audiences and by supporting local initiatives, to create new synergies and trigger a new phase of mobilization.

Tom Duclos
I am Tom Duclos, Green Belt of the Climate Fresk, and trainer of the Digital Fresk.
I became a fresqueur in October 2023. A few weeks later, I started facilitating my first workshops and, until November 2024, in just over a year, I facilitated 24 workshops, mostly in Lille.
I became a Green Belt in December 2024. Since then, I have started training new facilitators.
At the same time, I have been very involved with the Digital Fresk, with about thirty workshops facilitated, and a few facilitator trainings as well.
I have facilitated as a citizen, in education, and also a few workshops in professional settings.
The Climate Fresk made me discover a whole “world” that was unknown to me, and a great variety of cooperative workshops for awareness and action.

Marion Panouillé
I’m Marion. Climate Fresk instructor and facilitator since 2020, I have had the chance over the past 5 years to work with the general public, secondary and higher education, local authorities, and companies through the Climate Fresk.
I have tested, re-tested, made mistakes, learned, and improved at every workshop in order to have more and more impact with my facilitation.
I am committed to bringing this project to life every day, making it evolve with the reality of a world that is also changing, and I would be delighted to get more involved by joining the Board.

Antoine Bonel
Hej from Sweden! I’ve been an active Fresker for 5 years now.
At the end of 2020, I organised my first workshop with my closest friends, in Stockholm (Sweden). A few months later I joined as a co-country coordinator with Andreia, who then also became a dear friend!
To develop the community in Stockholm, I became a green belt and trained and coached new facilitators who are now part of our community (hello to them!).
I have been amazed by the global CF community at different international events: COP28, ChangeNow, different festivals and countless online occasions!
I’m also a pro facilitator, mostly in Sweden and in the Nordics.
A year ago, I initiated and facilitated the “multiworkshop taskforce”, to gather the local groups and associations that raise awareness by using multiple workshops, and develop projects together

Esraa Aburehab
My name is Esraa Aburehab, Co-Country Coordinator for Egypt, Green Belt facilitator.
I am running for the position of Representative from the Country Coordinator community.
Kindly find below the requested brief:
I began volunteering with Climate Fresk in 2020 as part of the “Road to Glasgow” activities leading up to COP26, helping organize volunteer engagement and hosting online workshops during the conference.
Since then, I’ve been part of the on-ground teams at COP27 in Egypt and COP28 in Dubai, working closely with the international community and fellow country coordinators.
I am now a professional facilitator, co-country coordinator for Egypt, and a Green Belt facilitator, delivering Climate Fresk workshops across Egypt and the MENA region, as well as similar sessions on circular economy and sustainable fashion.
