Payment of licence fees
To use Climate Fresk commercially, or for internal or external use within a business or organisation, certain licence fees apply that fund the NGOs activities.

I declare my licence fees by filling in the form
Within 7 working days, I receive an invoice with the bank information of the association
I pay by bank transfer or by credit card
The licence fees declaration does not (yet) replace filling the counter: You must also fill in your counter on your facilitator space.

I invoiced for my services
I invoiced for a service that included a Climate Fresk workshop or training ?
I must pay licence fees of 10% of the revenue (excluding tax) generated by use of the tool.
To this is added the business referral fees (previously called, introduction fees) in case of services following the referral of inbound leads from the association (10% of the revenue generated, excluding tax).
If you are in the EU but don’t have a VAT number, we will need to invoice VAT addtionally.
I fresked or trained as a paid employee of a company
As an employee of a private organisation, I have fresked or trained during my working hours (internally or externally).
My organisation is required to pay a usage fee of €5 excl. VAT (€6 incl.VAT)* per employee.
*Since January 1, 2025, the usage fee for private organisations has increased from €3 (excl. VAT) to €5 (excl. VAT).
As an employee of a public sector or non-profit organisation, I have fresked or trained during my working hours (internally or externally).
My organisation is required to pay a usage fee of €3 excl. VAT (€3.60 incl. VAT) per participant.
